The First Beat Music School ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Enrollment form: the student's name, age and birthday; the guardian's name; email address, phone number and Messenger name or link; the chosen program and class format; the preferred start date; and any remarks you choose to share.

Information about students under 18 is submitted by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the student's behalf.

Why we use it

• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To process enrollment requests, arrange class slots and contact you or the student's guardian.
• To keep the school's enrollment and inquiry records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without asking you first.

Who can see it

Only school staff and teachers who need the information to handle your inquiry or enrollment. Your submission is stored in the school's Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail), so Google acts as a service provider that hosts the data on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including the school's record-keeping needs. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

How we protect it

Access to the records is limited to authorized staff, and we use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal information is used;
• access the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• object to the processing of your information, or withdraw your consent;
• ask us to delete or block your information, where applicable;
• claim compensation if you were harmed by misuse of your information; and
• file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
